Very rare tube. No reviews found on Internet. Check out our reviews…
Very little is written about this tube. It’s practically unknown, but at the same time it’s a fantastic replacement for 12au7
Now this is just wrong. I found this tube in the pile of Chinese tubes that I keep because I can’t through them away (there is something about tubes that stop me from doing this) and nobody would buy them for any reasonable price. This is 12au7 that came with one of my amps. If you look at the metal divider that separates two plates you will see dirt on that divider. If you’ve dealt with NOS tube you know that they can be dusty and it’s hard to clean them without removing the silk screen. The same durst is present inside of the tube!!! Wholly Sh*****!
“RCA black plate is nice all around but not as clear and low distortion as the EE.” Read

“Very well made, low noise tubes, the large halo type being acclaimed as sounding near longplate in quality. “ Read
” Amperex 12AU7 (Heerlen factory): excellent tube top to bottom. This one does it all.” Read
“I think the bugleboys are a bit better, but I might be fooling myself, so these comments apply to any Holland made Amperex 12AU7. Full range, nice extension on top with a great sense of vibrancy, transparency and life with very good focus. This tube sounds warm, vibrant, exciting, extended & clean on top, yet smooth and fatigue free all at the same time. “ Read

“This is another great tube in the line up. It is smooth, graceful, transparent, and articulate. Its treble is as good as the Mullard 10M but presented in a different style. ” Read
“They made my amp sound lifeless. Someone once used the term, “sounds like a cardboard box”, that’s what comes to mind.” Read
