Another fantastic tube in 300B family. It came in a beautiful wooden box and everything inside the box said – quality. The tube came with test results stating it’s a matched pair, but I had to double-check it on Amplitrex tester. All is perfect, the tubes are very closely matched indeed.
Sound of the tubes is very similar to Western Electric 300B. Very transparent with extended highs, tight bass and beautiful midrange. The tube creates a fantastic, life-like image, that leaves you wanting to close your eyes and just enjoy the music without thinking too much about your equipment and tubes 🙂
