Another superb tube. Incredibly detailed, but at the same time transparent – great bass extension and very sweet HF. Like with the majority of in gold brand from Sylvania, this tube has very luscious mid-range. This tube doesn’t have the magic that JHS 5814 has, but it’s way above the majority of tubes in 12au7 family. It’s on the same level as Amperex, Mullard & Telefunken. Grab them while they are still at a reasonable price.
