Another super tube from Tungsram. Before trying the tube, I loved Sylvania 6201 Gold brand, but this tube gave Sylvania run for its money. Although it doesn’t have the sound stage of Sylvania, it’s more musical. Sound is very much like their famous 12au7 tubes that are incredibly liquid. Very warm and tubey sounding with very smooth presentation. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
did tungsram make any 12AT7? or is this a rebranded RFT?
Tungsrum did make their own 12at7 tubes. I like them better than RFT.
