Sylvania. Gold Brand. 6096. Need I say more?
For anybody who is looking for a smooth and liquid sound 6AK5 tube this is a must. Hard to find, but with some effort, it could be located without selling your firstborn 🙂 Very nice sounding tube that, after burn in, becomes one of the best sounding little tubes. It will not jump at you with anything super special, but it does so many things right that removing it from an amp becomes a challenge.
