Great sounding tube with very rich sound – Western Electric signature. The tubes is doing everything quite well, transparency is all there, which is followed up by a very impressing sound stage, top register is covered quite nicely with good extension and no harshness. Bass is the strongest side of the tube – it really kicks hard. So a great combination of transparency and richness makes it a worthy tube to replace 5751 & 12ax7 tubes, but it would require an adapter.
