Another huge surprise from Tungsram. I can’t figure out how this tube escaped the hype of all the other major brands because it is as good or better in many ways. When I reviewed 12ax7 by Tungsram, I was very impressed by the dynamics of the tube, in this case, 12au7 is incredibly liquid!!! Tung-Sol and Sylvania Gold are liquid, but this one just puts a period in the sentence on the liquidity! Not only it is liquid, but the transparency is incredible and the body is there. Very unique and interesting tube. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
