Great things come is small packages and this tube is a perfect example of that. This is definitely one of the best 12at7/ECC81 tubes that I had a pleasure to experience. E81CC is the special version of the ECC81 tubes and created with much stricter production process. Triple mica as always helps the tube to be more transparent by eliminating pollution from getter material application. The tube has very strong bass and the best mid-range of all 12at7 tubes (Silvania JHS 12at7 comes to mind, but still not there). Top end is very extended. The sound of the tube is relaxed, transparent, dynamic and powerful. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
